The HOTAS Cougar Flight Stick and Throttle is a replica flight simulator joystick of the US Air Force F-16 block 52 controller. The full metal casing includes base, handle and buttons. Resistance is adjustable for the throttle, afterburner and idle detent. Programming is easy using the FOXY programming software.

This is a great flight simulator joystick for beginners as you can just plug it in and go. No programming required. It does come with 30 pre-written programs to suit different sims so you don't ever have to do any programming if you don't want to. Although, if you do decide you want to program it, there are lots of wizards and tutorials to make the job easier.

Being made of metal this thing is heavy, so you won't need to attach it to the desk for extra stability.

Another great thing about this flight simulator joystick is that the handle is detachable. Thrustmaster are planning on developing other handles for different aircraft. You'll be able to buy a replica of the controller for your favourite fighter jet. How awesome is that.
